You Are What You Eat
"Bad food -- food that has too much saturated fat, for
example--can cause different kinds of problems. It can lead
to "hardening of the arteries," in which arteries become
clogged and gradually grow narrower, so that blood cannot
pass through them properly. Eating too much bad food can
also lead to obesity (being overweight) and high blood
pressure, which can put great strain on a person's heart and
cause disease and sometimes even death. This is why
doctors urge people to avoid the kinds of fat in meat and
fried foods and instead eat fruits and vegetables."
